Being Present Meditation

Learn to meditate for beginners - being present, is a great meditation to help you focus on the present moment and appreciate the beauty all around you. Practise this meditation morning and night. Each time you do you will start to feel a greater sense of peace and awareness. After a week or two practise for 5 minutes to increase your relaxation and feelings of peace and awareness.
