Gratitude Meditation

Gratitude is our way of being complete with the world. When we meditate and give thanks the universe opens up with love and peace. Being grateful is a wonderful thing to do. When we appreciate all we have we open ourselves up to receive more. Practise this meditation morning and night.

Each time you do you will start to feel a greater sense of peace and awareness. After a week or two practise for 5 minutes to increase your relaxation and feelings of peace and awareness.
