What is Meditation?

Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years and is used to help the meditator gain clarity of mind over their body. It is a portal to the unknown and a place to go on a regular basis to find peace.

We are all born with peace but we tend to have that peace slowly but surely minimised over time as life gets in the way and we lose track of who we really are. Meditation is very subtle and needs to be practised daily to have an effect and change your life.
